Fab Mezzanotte brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and franchising industry to Coldwell Banker Commercial^®. Mr. Slusser was appointed President in April 2003 and was promoted to President & COO in April 2004. He is based at the company's global headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

His focus is to enhance the CBC^SM brand and facilitate continued growth and business development for more than 250 companies. Prior to being named President, Mr. Slusser served as Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales for CBC. During his tenure, Mr. Slusser was responsible for spearheading strategic growth initiatives and acquisitions, including identifying target markets and directing sales activities.

During his career in real estate, Mr. Slusser has participated in more than 300 franchise sales and been responsible for more than 150 acquisitions totaling over $15 billion in sales. He is a noted expert in the field of mergers and acquisitions, and he has participated in hundreds of millions of dollars worth of acquisitions for Cendant's real estate brands. Most significantly, Mr. Slusser has played an integral role in securing several of the largest acquisitions in Cendant history, and he has orchestrated the growth of CBC through new affiliations and acquisitions of unaffiliated commercial companies across the U.S.

After receiving a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia, Mr. Slusser entered commercial real estate with Atkins, Green, Stouffer, Clark & Co., a full-service commercial real estate company based in Orlando. As a senior executive with Cendant Corporation, GMAC and Merrill Lynch Realty, his career has covered all aspects of the real estate and franchising industry. Slusser is also the author of two books entitled Acquiring Profit and Acquiring Profit Implementation System.
