PARSIPPANY, N.J. (August 10, 2005) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc., one of the nation’s largest commercial franchisors of real estate brokerage companies, today announced the appointments of four corporate executives as part of the integration of its servicing and operations units. This restructuring will enhance the organization’s client service approach for the more than 4,000 producers across the country, according to President and COO Fab Mezzanotte.

Leading the department is Nancy Brown, who has been named to the new position of vice president of operations and servicing. Brown is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 10 years of experience working for Cendant’s Real Estate Franchise Group.  For the last decade, Brown has held positions in operations, sales and servicing. She will work at Coldwell Banker Commercial^® headquarters in Parsippany, N.J.

Two new regional vice presidents of growth, who have been charged with building the brand through acquisitions and affiliations, have joined the company to manage the Eastern and Western divisions. Kyle King will lead franchise sales affiliations and acquisitions in the West, while Jeff Maher will take on those duties in the East.  King, who has almost 20 years of professional experience in real estate, comes to Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc. from his role as president of UMFC in St. Louis, where he coordinated regulatory compliance, including sales and service, for the firm’s 2,000 accounts across a five-state region. He will be based in St. Louis. Maher most recently served as regional director of Costar Group in Chicago, an industry leader that specializes in providing real estate information. He held previous positions with national real estate firms. Maher will be based in Chicago.

William Pasquale, who previously worked for national real estate firms over the past ten years, has joined the business development team at Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc. Pasquale will run the proactive business development program, focusing on key businesses throughout the United States, and will be based out of the Parsippany headquarters.
