Cataudella, who has extensive experience in sales, service and business consulting, has consistently ranked among the top sales personnel in the commercial real estate industry. He most recently worked for CoStar Group, Inc., where he was responsible for growing the company through new and renewed sales. Prior to that he worked for Realtor.com.

Among Cataudella’s professional affiliations are the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is a graduate of Syracuse University and attended several programs and seminars on real estate finance and investment both at the MIT Center for Real Estate and the University of California at Berkeley.
